Forget the scale

Do you weigh yourself on a daily basis? Are you frustrated with not seeing your body change for the better? Well, we have a challenge for you.

1.) record your current weight, date, and time of day
2.) put your scale away for 7 days
3.)  repeat step one after step 2 is completed
