The best way to stay on top of your health and wellness status is to continuously ask yourself specific questions.

For example; When something goes wrong with your body, or if you have made yourself better, ask yourself the following questions.

What have I done differently lately?
Has this happened before, and for how long?
Who can I contact to help me get better or help me stay here?
